The Munster Literature Centre is accepting submissions for its poetry competitions.

Fool for Poetry Chapbook/Pamphlet Competition

• Open to new, emerging and established poets from any country.
• Manuscripts must be between 16 and 24 pages in length.
• Top Prize €1000, publication of chapbook, accommodation and reading slot at Cork International Poetry Festival.
• Deadline August 31^st.

Southword Editor’s Poetry Award

• €1000 for best three poem entry.
• All entries receive complementary subscription to the journal Southword.
• Deadline September 30^th.
