The Reedsy Literary Prize opens for entries on 25th February.
Submission Guidelines
- Each submission must be between 2,000 and 5,000 words
- Only one submission allowed per entrant
- Writers must be aged 18 or over to enter
- Submissions must be original, standalone work. Artificial intelligence (AI) usage to create or revise stories will not be permitted.
Judge: Jon Michael Darga, literary agent at Aevitas Creative Management
Entry fee: $20
Prizes:
- 1st place: $1,500 + publication in Reedsy’s literary magazine Prompted + personalised feedback from the guest judge
- 2nd place: A year-long Reedsy Learning membership
- 3rd place: Reedsy Marketplace credit worth $100
