New Writers 100-Word Writing Competition

 The New Writers 100-Word Writing Competition is open for entries for 2025.

Submission Guidelines

• Open to entries from anywhere in the world from writers aged 18 or older.
• Entries may be poems or stories on any theme or subject up to a maximum of 100 words (excluding the title).

Entry fee: £8 (one entry), £15 (two entries), £21 (three entries)

Judges: Editorial team at NewWriters.org.uk

Prizes

• 1^stPlace: £500; 2^nd Place: £200; 3^rd Place: £100; 4^th-10^th Place: £50.
• The top 10 entries will be published on the website and in an anthology.

Deadline: 30^th April 2025
