Manchester Cathedral Poetry Competition 2019

The Manchester Cathedral Poetry Competition 2019 is open until June 30, 2019.

Prizes: £500, £250, £150.

The winners and runners-up will be invited to read their poetry at the Manchester Literature Festival in October.

Poems should be broadly religious or ‘spiritual’ in nature and, appeal to those who would not necessarily describe themselves as ‘religious’. They encourage poetry from a range of faith traditions, as well as from those struggling to discover a sense of the sacred. Submit poems in any style or form.

Entry Fees: £4.50 for the first poem and £2.00 per poem thereafter.
