The 2019 Manchester Writing Competition is open until September 20, 2019.
There are £10,000 prizes for the best short story of up to 2,500 words and the best portfolio of three to five poems (maximum combined length: 120 lines).
Entry Fees: £17.50 for each category. There are a limited number of reduced price entries for both Prizes available to writers who might not otherwise be able to take part in the competition.
