The April Showers Publishing Writing Competition is open for entries.
Submission Guidelines
- Must be a UK resident.
- Must be the entrant’s original work and previously unpublished.
- Word limit: 2,000 – 7,000.
- No first chapters, prequels, or sequels.
- No simultaneous submissions.
- No horror or disturbing content.
Entry fee: £5
Prizes: £0.005/ word. All rejected submissions will receive short feedback from the editors.
Deadline: 31st December, 2025
